What is your travel policy?

As indicated in our packages, we will travel up to 25 miles from our place of business. Anything beyond that may incur an additional fee of $1.50 per round trip mile. All travel needs will be clearly discussed prior to you booking with us and submitting the deposit.

What payment options do you take?

We gladly accept cash, credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We use Square for invoicing and credit card processing.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We are fully insured through FLIP. We carry general liability, and your venue can be added on and receive a copy of the COI by request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from event day, any cancellations made within 30 days of event date, lose the right to a full refund.

Can we include non-boozy treats within our allotted flavors/number of treats in the package we are getting?

Absolutely, please just make sure to let us know how many non-boozy you are wanting vs boozy!

Can we book you without the trailer?

You can! We can come and set up a table and serve if preferred, OR you can simply just purchase the flavors and quantities you are wanting we can deliver for a fee. Please reach out and discuss with us if you are interested in either of these options as the pricing will vary compared to the packages available on our site.
